IT Support Gauteng - the areas we cover

One office in Centurion, one helpdesk number, senior engineers on the road across Gauteng every day. Most faults are fixed remotely inside the hour; when hands are needed, an engineer is with you the same morning.

How support works across the province

Every client, wherever they are, phones or WhatsApps one helpdesk number - 060 131 5099 - and gets a ticket number and a response time in writing. Critical faults are answered within two hours; most are fixed remotely inside the hour, because our engineers have secure remote access to every machine we look after.

When hands are needed, an engineer drives from 257 Jean Avenue, Centurion. Centurion and Pretoria are 5 to 30 minutes; Midrand 20; Pretoria East 20 to 30; Sandton, Randburg and the East Rand 30 to 45; Johannesburg and the West Rand 40 to 60. A R650 callout applies to every visit, the same everywhere, so the monthly fee never hides travel.

Fully Managed and Enterprise clients get a scheduled weekly on-site visit on a day they choose, which is where most hardware work happens. Load-shedding planning is done per area, because Tshwane, Johannesburg, Ekurhuleni and Mogale City all run different blocks.

Prices are the same in every area and published before the first meeting: pay-as-you-go at R750 an hour, Core Business IT at R750 per user per month, Fully Managed at R950 and Enterprise IT Partner at R1,299, with a R3,500 monthly minimum. See the full price list.

Why one company for the whole of Gauteng

One helpdesk, one ticket system

A business with an office in Centurion and a branch in Boksburg does not want two IT companies. Every user phones the same number, every ticket lands in the same queue, and the monthly report covers both sites on one page.

Site notes that travel with the engineer

For every client site we keep the fibre provider and account number, the switch cupboard layout, the UPS run-time, the printer models and the admin passwords in a vault. Any engineer who arrives has read them; the second visit is never a re-survey.

Load-shedding planned per block

Tshwane, Johannesburg City Power and Ekurhuleni run different schedules, and even neighbouring office parks sit on different blocks. Failover and UPS sizing are done for your block, not from a province-wide assumption.

Prices that do not change with the postcode

Pay-as-you-go, Core, Fully Managed and Enterprise cost the same in Sandton as in Centurion. The only thing that changes across Gauteng is the drive time, and that is published on every area page.

One base, in the middle of the province

Centurion sits between Pretoria and Johannesburg on the N1, which is why every area page shows a drive time under an hour. Engineers, loan equipment and replacement parts leave from one office, so a failed switch in Midrand or Menlyn is dealt with in the same trip.

One contract, every service

Managed IT, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, backup, data recovery, hardware and the occasional custom application come from the same team under one agreement, so nothing falls between two suppliers.

Questions businesses ask before choosing an area page

My office is not in any of the areas listed. Do you still cover it?

If it is in Gauteng, yes. The eight areas are where most of our clients are and where we can promise the drive times shown; anywhere else in the province is quoted on the same hourly rate plus the actual travel.

Is remote support enough, or do we need the on-site visits?

Most faults - email, printing, software, passwords, slow computers - are fixed remotely within the hour, so a small office on Core Business IT often goes months without needing a visit. Hardware, network cabling, new installations and anything the user cannot describe over the phone are where the weekly Fully Managed visit earns its keep.

We have two offices in different areas. Which page applies?

Both, and it does not matter. You get one agreement, one helpdesk number and one monthly report; each site is scheduled with its own weekly visit and its own load-shedding plan. Multi-site clients are the norm for Enterprise IT Partner.

How fast is 'the same day' in practice?

Critical faults - a server down, a ransomware screen, nobody can work - are answered within two hours in writing and an engineer is dispatched immediately if remote work cannot fix it. Routine on-site work goes into the next scheduled visit or, on pay-as-you-go, the next available slot, usually within two working days.
