How we support a Cape Town office from Centurion
Code Masters has one office, in Centurion. We do not pretend to have a branch in Cape Town. Do you have an office in Cape Town?
No. Code Masters has one office, in Centurion, Gauteng. Cape Town businesses are supported remotely: helpdesk by phone, WhatsApp and email, and secure remote access to every computer and server. When hands are needed on site, we arrange it per job and quote the travel in writing.
What can you fix remotely?
Most faults: email and Microsoft 365, slow computers, printers, Wi-Fi and network configuration, backups, security software, user accounts and server issues. In our experience the large majority of tickets are closed remotely, usually the same day.
What does it cost?
