The Faults We See Every Week

How a Repair Runs, and What It Costs
1. Bring it in, or we come to you
The workshop is at 257 Jean Avenue, Building 5, Central Office Park, Centurion, 0157, weekdays 07:00 to 18:00. For businesses we collect, or an engineer works on site at R750 an hour plus a R650 callout.
2. Diagnosis first
The fault is confirmed on the bench, not guessed from the description. If the drive is failing, your data is imaged before anything else is touched.
3. A quote before any work
Parts and labour, in writing, and nothing is done until you approve it. If the repair costs more than the machine is worth, we tell you and quote a replacement instead.
4. The repair, then a test
Parts fitted, system tested under load, updates applied, and your data checked with you before the machine leaves.
5. Ongoing, if you want it
For a business, the same machine on a managed plan from R750 per user per month gets monitored, patched and backed up so the next fault is caught before it becomes a repair.
